Project Brief
Cydcor needed to design and develop a Salesforce buy flow for sales agents to sell AT&T Wireless in Retail and B2B segments. This included 3 separate flows – for new customers, existing customers who wanted to add a line, and existing customers who wanted to upgrade a line.

Process
I started by collaborating with the BSA team to gather and evaluate the user requirements and API functionality. From there I created user flows, sketches, and high fidelity UI mockups to clearly illustrate how the pages should function and look.

Prototype
We used those mockups to present drafts to our internal team members, key stakeholders, and the AT&T team. Once approved, our team worked closely with the development team to create a beautiful and usable product.
Inspiration
Since the design was meant to be used within Salesforce, I used the Lightning Design System as a reference tool. This allowed me to focus on designing a delightfully easy to use product for the users and the developers to concentrate on implementing important user focused functionality.

The Salesforce buy flow is now live and being used by Sales Reps in Retail and B2B segments.
